Why we exist
A studio the community owns
We are not a gym with a mission statement. We are a nonprofit whose only bottom line is the people who walk through our doors.
Movement should be free
Wellness has always been priced out of our neighborhoods. We keep classes free and donation-based so cost is never the reason someone stays on the sidelines.
Built in Pilsen, for Pilsen
We opened the first yoga nonprofit studio in Pilsen, at 16th and Morgan. This is a home for the Southwest Side, run by the community it serves.
We invest in our own
We employ, train, and amplify BIPOC instructors, turning students into certified teachers who lead the next generation.
